8, but I take an hour nap after lunch.
In the car. They don’t steal my information. There are no pop-ups. There is no subscription. Yes, I have to listen to ads, but I they have to pay their workers somehow. Often its public radio which has no ads and some good programs.

0·6 days agoI don’t remember anything crazy. Unless you consider what’s in the Bible as crazy. It was a really positive experience for me. I started out in the public system and really didn’t like it. I asked my parents to switch me. Kids were an awful lot nicer in the religious school.

1·9 days agoOver 70. Exercise every day. Eat a variety of foods. Limit screen time.

I’m in my 70’s. I feel I’ve been getting happier over time. Kids grow up and leave, Work becomes stable. Finances become more stable. When you retire, it’s like a whole new life (as long as you plan it correctly).
