    Lol.

Another low effort post to try to dissuade people from voting, or at least from voting for the only party that can defeat a literal traitor party.

    Fuck off.

Vote blue, or get more of what we’re getting now. And I don’t want to hear any dipshits say it would be the same. Cuz that’s a real dipshit thing to say.

Why not both? Are you saying DNC is incapable of being critizsed for interfering in local elections where progressive candidates are overwhelmingly popular so they can shoehorn in their AIPAC stooges?

The criticism is too general to be useful in identifying issues.

Every decent progressive is/was a dem. Republicans are literally 100000x worse and everyone who says they’re the same is saying Jimmy Carter and Obama are exactly like Trump.

Which is genuinely stupid people thinking.

What countries are you talking about?

Canada, the UK, Germany, France and Italy all have their variety of fascism that grows and wanes and never really leaves sometimes assuming massive power. South America is rife with fascists who don’t even need to operate in the government to run it. Africa and SEA are rife with foreign imperial influence to ruin their elections and control them. The middle east, India, America, Russia, China are all without a doubt expressing some form of insane nationalism, racism, classism and usually tied to that all fascism.

The EU and NATO struggle to operate with these fascist supporting fucks tied up into it.

So who the hell are you talking about? Probably a country with small GDP who just succumbs to the EU or NATO or whatever alliance their in and doesn’t seem fascist because they get to sit right under a more fascist wannabe empire.

The fact is the rich in the world have enough to control the economy and with it the political system. Nobody is safe dunno what planet you live on.

The good old AMERIKKKAN coming in with the classic “we are just too large and numerous not to be imperialist fascists.” USA is the richest country in the world, US people have just decided to make it how it is. USA could be a great country, the greatest, but Americans vehemently refuse to make it even a good one.

I’m literally in this thread arguing for more cohesive voting so we can do literally that.

The problem IS there being too many people vs representation. They defund schools, highest prison population on the planet and a known history of drug trafficking and utilizing that to make money, arrest people and weaken society further.

I also didn’t say any of that at all in any way shape or form.

This meme doesn’t contribute to any of those issues. It outright attacks them. The one section of government that functions is the one you’re going to mock? Fucking silly. Absolutely foolish. Completely dumb. You’re attacking the last front still standing you dope.

That’s assuming current DNC actually WANTS to work towards progressive policies. They have always been Right-lite and when they are in power they are too comfortable and know they can dismiss up and coming progressive easier. NOW is the perfect time to criticize them harder because they are weaker and faltering at the sight of progressives being more popular than them. They are busy fighting the left when they should be fighting the fascists. The DNC is interfering in local primaries to disrupt populist progressive politicians. That’s fucking bullshit I say. They keep saying make your voice heard in the primaries while they rat-fuck every progressive in the primaries. Get the fuck out of here.

Please learn the context of the comic before making embarrassing comments. This isn’t about dissuading people from voting or voting third party. Lucy is yanking the ball away every time Charlie tries to kick it. This symbolizes the DNC making promises and breaking them and refusing to do their job even as people vote for them over and over.

People want to vote blue AND have them do their job. That’s why all of your centrist candidates on the house and senate are getting primaried.

But I don’t expect a member of the genocide wing to understand that.

I lived in the US for the better part of a decade, yet still can’t understand why so many Americans still don’t understand their own political system, despite being heavily engaged in it on a personal level.

They treat politics like sport and repeat the same tired talking points, like vote blue no matter who. This is literally the behavior that got their Republican party into such a mess - they voted red even if brain dead. Now their own party continually works against their better interests, but they keep voting for them because they can’t let the “social communist Democrats turn the US into a homosexual Muslim hellscape” or whatever.

They’re not voting for the change they want, but to prevent the other guys from making the changes they don’t want. This has been the cycle for decades and things keep getting worse.

Wake up, Americans. The rest of the world sees it. Why can’t you?

No, it’s telling them that our “labor party” is diametrically opposed to labor. Which is true.

Union membership was over 40% in the 1970s, it’s now down to less than 10%.

Our wages and benefits have fallen drastically for most workers in the past 50 years… we are now surpassed by EASTERN EUROPE.

(Poland pays a bit less, but has many more benefits, for just one example. Paid maternity leave, vacation, health care… our “labor party” is an INTERNATIONAL EMBARRASSMENT)

You start off your assumptions on the entire wrong footing.

There is no labor party in the US. There is no Christian or religious party. There isn’t any specific party.

It’s individuals. There is more variety within the Democratic party to offer solutions than Republicans right now. That’s it. That’s why I vote Dem.

Once they’re able to apply a single word to something and influence how you feel about it. You’re fuckin toast.

You and everyone else here seem to be under the assumption Democrat means something. It doesn’t. Stop paying attention to parties, pay attention to individuals and weigh your options realistically. People, leftists especially, cry their eyes out when a politician isn’t exactly what they want.

Did you not read anything I fucking said? People WANT TO VOTE, but every time they DO, the DNC, which is supposed to be doing their fucking job, REFUSES TO DO IT. That’s why they’re all getting fucking primaried, which is exactly what you butthurt fucking liberals claim we should do, and yet you’re still acting as if we aren’t doing anything.

As of RIGHT NOW, the centrist wing of the DNC causes the exact same harm as Republicans, because they are letting them do whatever they want without any actual, meaningful resistance. That makes them just as guilty. The solution isn’t to stop voting like you think this fucking comic is saying, it’s for the DNC to stop being a bunch of assholes and not doing anything with the votes they obtained through emotional manipulation.

This comic isn’t saying anything beyond the DNC tricks voters.

That sentiment makes people not vote. I’ve seen it happen THREE TIMES now. The fact this meme even exists on this forum a few months before an election let’s me know it is absolutely intentional with a goal of harming voter turnout. If you don’t see that, you’re lying through your teeth.

They’re literally all not getting primaried. The issues in the DNC are the old guard who is being replaced and some new comers(Fetterfuck) who are proving to not be what we need. There is a laundry list of fresh new DNC people who are definitely on the ball.

Pointing out anything but the current success of the Democratic party is an attempt to not make people vote and you cannot convince me otherwise because I’VE SEEN IT HAPPEN THREE FUCKING TIMES NOW.

It’s the whole blue maga shit, that’s not a real thing. There is no blue maga. Calling it that is an attempt to assert equivalency and dissuade voting.

Okay but Mamdani is still a democrat. That’s my point, it might sound dumb but people are this stupid. Grandma will see her grandson say Democrats are dumb and every age group in between will be less interested in voting for a democrat ever because they’re convinced Republicans are the best option and memes like this literally only reinforce that view.

Criticism is fine. The last two decades Democrats haven’t been criticized, they’ve been villainized.

A party that betrays its voters repeatedly over the course of decades is villainous. A party that refuses to stop selling weapons for genocide is villainous.
