The best part of Trump’s makeup is that it is a constant visible reminder that no-one who regularly wears makeup likes him enough to explain how to wear it well.

And Vance is a never trumper so he wouldn’t share his personal makeup tips with the demented felon…plus he really despises the Clinton’s so he probably doesn’t want Clinton looking down at a prettier face when he’s getting blowies from Trump.
He stated that he took a high dose of aspirin daily, which causes him to bruise easily, and that he applies makeup after getting “whacked again by someone”, referencing incidents such as a high five that had resulted in bruising.
Such a strong man that giving a high five, something which toddlers can manage safely, is just too much physicality.
