I think people are vastly overestimating the amount of rinsing required for a shower. Scrubbing with soapy water is like 99.9% of the shower. You don’t need a constant hose blast of fresh water to have enough water to do that and actually is probably removing the soap too early.
To answer the question, away because I’m not a sicko. But obviously turning to rinse when needed.
