Zero does offer the Power/Charge Tank accessories to replace the storage space with an additional battery or an extra 6kW charger. The battery should give 20-25 highway miles (3.6kWh iirc), and the charger doubles the charging speed.
They do add rather significant weight and cost to an already heavy and expensive bike, though.

Especially with a full hour charge time.
Edit: That basically means you’re riding for an hour, charging for an hour. That’s completely unacceptable.
