Somehow it’s not illegal to pay them to collect signatures, but it is illegal for them to share the funds with voters. Like blood donation - they gladly take it for free and then sell it to the highest bidder. Be a good citizen everybody.

If you see something like this, and violently oppose the initiative, then sign an obviously false name, like Donald Duck, on a sheet that’s almost full of signatures.

One invalid signature invalidates a whole sheet.
