    It’s not your job to solve everything for everyone. Find one or two things you really believe in and put your best into that (and your best will vary).

    Remember that you can’t and shouldn’t try to do it all yourself. Find other people who share your values. This is all a group project.

    It can be overwhelming to witness/experience/take in all the injustices of the moment; the good news is that they're all connected. So if your little corner of work involves pulling at one of the threads, you're helping to unravel the whole damn cloth.

      It is definitely a group project … one or two people doing all the work and two to four other with varying levels of input including but not limited to: the bare minimum; ignoring all requests for input and turning up on presentation day assuming everyone else did the work and ready to accept full marks for the groups efforts; and my favourite, actively sabotaging group consensus to push for their own agenda.
