I use Windows Notepad for work and had gotten used to using Alt-F-S-Alt-F-X to quickly save and close files. Sometime fairly recently, Notepad got updated, and now I this sequence often falls because I type it faster then the program can respond. Freaking Notepad.
You know, those command are just manually invoking the menus with the keyboard. It’s a fun trick, but was always slower than the dedicated keyboard shortcuts CTRL+S (Save) and Alt+F4 (Quit application).

Sure but it’s 4 keys that are close together so it’s easy to do very quickly with one hand.
