“Doom is one of the most widely Ported video games…”

Is there another video game that has been ported more?

Guinness World Records thinks it’s pretty close between Tetris and Doom if we’re counting unofficial ports https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/world-records/most-ported-computer-game

I was gonna say that Tetris has to be up there. I wrote Tetris for the TI-82, but never Doom; however, I have ported Doom to a (theoretically) credit-card sized platform, but not Tetris (though Tetris could run on a custom emulator on the same platform).

Tetris takes a lot less to run. You just need a few LEDs or an apartment building to display Tetris. Also somebody probably ported Tetris into Doom making all Doom ports into Tetris ports.

Now I have to play it on Wikipedia. It says I have to create account. I guess that will be today’s highlight.
