Started taking migraine meds. Instead of a three-day incapacitating pounder, I get an occasional throbbing headache - not even on the scale of a migraine.

did you see a neurologist for that migraine, 26months is very long time. i started getting ocular and minor temple migraine after showering one year, it was wierd. it has consistently showed up since almost always on the right side of my head. i also get scintillating scotoma(the constant flickering) that fans out of your field of vision.

I saw three different neurologists! I had a spinal tap done too, and a bunch of tests involving a VR headset. My neurologist was not great. Basically assessed that I wasn’t having a stroke and then lost interest.

Yup. Spent over 10 years trying to figure it, test what could be causing it, resisting meds. I finally got a doc who told me about Tripitans. Life changing for me.
