surely that’s built in feature though? , every instance has different rules so you cant be porting your posts from one instance to the other with impunity, the moderation load would be intolerable ?
turns out that normal people don’t want to be around places unmoderated and unmoderable by design, and instead it’s a magnet for nazis, pedos, nazi pedos and cryptobros, but i repeat myself
nostr is packed with cryptobros, other scammers, and worse

You’d have to register and be accepted, same as Mastodon. The difference is that the Mastodon instance you post from “owns” your identity.
