I really want to respond to this with a real comment that comes from a place of passion and honesty but I can’t if you type like that. Sorry, can’t take you seriously.

Physicians have a lot of problems preventing us from demanding our worth because we can’t collectively bargain like nurses can. I wish I’d gone the other route but I think if I had I would have regretted it too.

I do like transit hubs but yeah. I think if we do Costa Rica we’ll pick just one city because she’s older and I don’t want to drive much, and due to the length of her leg of the trip renting a car will be a pain. I certainly don’t want her to drive lol.
I was thinking 3 days nice resort, 3 days sleeping rough-ish, so then she has time for the flights and then the rest will be just me and I can do anything by myself
