Try Krusader for a different KDE file manager. I quite like how it looks but don’t use it regularly.

Tumbleweed is an excellent distro, but if you randomly install from peoples home repositories, you could be in the same position as with the AUR.

If it wasn’t on by default, the kind of person who would benefit from it wouldn’t discover it.
