5 days agoLying around all day, been sick for 2 weeks. Mostly mild respiratory symptoms, but it gets worse at night. I’m wondering if it is mono but without the fatigue. The sore throat is the worst symptom. Both my daughters had it, one had it before me and one after, but have both recovered. I was exhausted today, but I think that was because I barely slept last night
Tested for mono and strep but both were negative. Based on the rest of the lab results it’s likely a bacterial infection so I’m on a course of antibiotics for the next week and a half. Feeling a lot better though, but there were a few times I thought I was coming out of it so who knows for sure
