Have you ever been in one of these?
You can easily sit on the wall while it’s spinning, and it actually feels pretty normal. But, if you try and stand up and walk around…you’re going to have a very bad day.

You would need a pretty large radius to generate stable rotational gravity. If the radius is too small, the speed of rotation would make standing or walking nearly impossible. The larger the radius, the more imperceptible the rotational effects would be.

“As officers approached the car, the wanted gang member weaponized his vehicle in an attempt to run an officer over,” said Todd Lyons, the acting director of ICE, in a statement.
“Following their training, our officers fired defensive shots to protect themselves, their fellow agents, and the public,” Lyons said. “The illegal alien was taken to a local hospital.”
If they had actually been “following their training”, they wouldn’t have been standing anywhere near a potential impact zone. Using your own body to block a vehicle from fleeing the scene is not only fucking stupid, it’s literally the opposite of what officers are “trained” to do.
This excuse is always bullshit.
Thank you.
