Howdy! We just purchased a small house in the Cáceres (Spain) area … Arroyo de la Luz, to be exact. Are there any other expats, immigrants, foreigners and/or fugitives here? I’m fluent in Spanish, but it would be nice to speak some English every so often!?
Perhaps you could look for local English speaking groups with whom to socialise?
If your first go-to word for what you are is “Ex-Pat” that’s probably where you’ll find other people with the same outlook on life to you.
