If you have ice cube trays, I’d freeze it into coffee cubes and keep them in a freezer bag. It’ll taste way better for longer and there’s much less risk of mold or funky smells developing.
I have some from Easter that I’m still using and they’re still quite strong. I toss a few in a glass when I wake up with some milk and let it thaw for a bit, I’m a fan.
