Then what will I find you doing? Because going after brown mayors breaking from the corporate favoring policy seems to be in your wheelhouse. Clearly by your comment history youre coming to blows a lot more with progressives constantly naysaying any forward progress and defending conservative bullshit.
That’s because it’s lemmy, almost entirely progressives. The populists on the conservative side making bad policy are slashing funding with little regard for long term impact that’s just as harmful as the populist leftist approaches, you just don’t see me having those conversations here because nobody on lemmy is advocating for it. I think policy should encourage competition and that’s about it. At least in regards to economic issues. The market can sort these things out if it is allowed to work, as long as there is healthy competition.
Bullshit, lemmy is not a monolith. Believe me you can find conservatives on lemmy, they have their own cesspool communities here, go slop it up there if you don’t like conservatives either, and theres no shortage of conservative bootlicking chucklefucks bringing their flaming garbage everywhere here.
What, you annoyed because I interrupted the circle jerk with a different opinion? Do you actually think it would be more fun or intellectually stimulating if I dropped a standard response like the rest of these bots? Most threads are so boring, the same opinions repeated throughout the thread but trying to one up each other in how hard they agree, craving the validation they get from a few up clicks. What a miserable and boring existence. Sounds like this conversation has run it’s course though, so i will leave you to it.
What opinions did you bring? The only thing you brought to the discussion was Mamdani’s Africana Studies degree, as if that was in any way relevant to the discussion. You’ve brought nothing of substance to the discussion and at this point we’ve completely gotten off topic of the original post.
His policies can’t be any worse than the trickle down bullshit we’ve been attempting and failing with for the 40 years.
Well you won’t find me defending corporate welfare.
