    Good luck proving he destroyed any evidence. This isn’t like catching someone flushing drugs down a toilet.

    In fact, please run this case all the way to the Supreme Court, so we get a precedent about how these searches are unconstitutional.

      Yeah what evidence will they purport he eliminated if they had no warrant listing what they were looking for?

      I mean he wiped his phone well at the boarder and they asked for the password. I think he loses this, should have not given them anything though.
