Yeah, Manhattan you’re not living in on 100k unless you want to live in a shoebox studio or in Harlem.
That being said there’s a lot more to the city than Manhattan, and the other boroughs are a lot more affordable.
I just put in 1 bedroom apartment nyc
The filter you used is only showing Manhattan, not all of NYC, not sure why zillow would’ve done that, but Manhattan is definitely not all of NYC.
