directly observable. No analysis, speculation, or interpretation. Allowed: date,
location, source, identifiable equipment. Not allowed: cause of death, who

“Soldier holding flag in city” ## 3. News/Infographics Flair as News or Maps &
Infographics. Format: [POV] Neutral summary of article − Author Do not use
original headlines. ## 4. Moderation Incorrect flairs may be removed. civ pov
and no pov posts are reviewed strictly. Repeated violations = ban.
