I was torn between getting Bambu vs Prusa when upgrading from my old printer, but with the potential for spyware, OrcaSlicer-bambulab threats, and now this I think I chose well.

The choice has been obvious for a long time, even back when my Prusa Mk3s+ was the latest Prusa printer.

Mine hasn’t been the most reliable tbh, but it could be my fault. I think my next printer will be the Prusa XL with at least 2 toolheads, or whatever the equivalent is when I finally am ready to drop that dough. I think I’ll also pay extra for them to build it because, as much fun as it was to build my Mk3s+, I do wonder if some of my performance issues are my fault due to the assembly…

I recently got core one l, and it’s a beast.
By the way try prusa support, I hear good things, apparently they help even with ‘self-introduced’ issues

I’ll second this and add that they have been quick to respond for me. I emailed them on a Saturday morning and got a response within about 30 minutes.

Can confirm too, had a core one from the first batch and I broke some parts during assembly. Got sent new parts, with extra spares and 600 grams of carbon fibre PETG in case I needed any other parts, all free of charge (they knew I had a second printer).
